Furniture & Mattress Returns
All sales are final once the merchandise has been delivered or picked up, unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of furniture and bedding products, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size, or color variations once the item has been accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will inspect the issue and, if approved, arrange for repair, replacement, or an exchange at no additional cost.
Special Orders & Clearance Items
Special orders, custom furniture, floor models, and clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is completed or the issue is resolved.
